Urban Earth Nursery Return Policy
While the plants we stock are with us at the nursery, we give them plenty of water, love, and attention. We love when you shop with us and know you’ll make an excellent new plant parent. But what happens if you get buyer’s remorse, were gifted something you don’t want, or otherwise want to return a plant or other item bought at the shop?
TO RETURN HEALTHY PLANTS
Must be returned within 48 hours of purchase
Full refund or exchange will be given if still in sellable condition
No damage (pest, mechanical, environmental)
Never removed from original nursery pot
TO RETURN PLANTS WITH SUSPECTED PEST or OTHER ISSUE
If you’ve watered and cared for your new plant but notice a pest problem or other issue within 7 days of your purchase, please call us at 206-632-1760 or send us an email. We stand by what we sell and want the opportunity to learn about what’s happening with your plant!
We will assess and treat as appropriate, or issue you a full refund if the plant is untreatable.
TO RETURN HARD GOODS
Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
Must be in sellable condition
No damage, unopened and in its original packaging
Purchases made with cash must have receipt
Purchases made with a credit card must have receipt or the card
We hold the right to deny any return, but in most cases are very happy to work with you.
Holds & Refunds for Online Orders
If you want to hold a plant or product please call the shop at 206-632-1760 during regular business hours. All holds must be paid for in advance, we can hold them for seven days. After one week, we will issue a full refund and return the item to our inventory.
We can hold unpaid items for up to two days, then we’ll put back into inventory after the secon day.
Online orders must be picked up within four days of your pick-up date. After four days, your items will be refunded and placed back into our inventory.
