  • Design

    A la carte mock ups or full scale design build to installation projects, we can be as involved as you’d like. We provide to plan right-sized garden planning for all spaces.

    - Conceptual and collaborative design process for every budget

    - Multi-phased garden renovation

    - Permaculture guilds & companion planting

    - Focus on sustainable plantings according to the level of maintenance you want

    Fine Gardening

    Our Gardeners provide a variety of gardening services using organic and nontoxic methods for all sizes of gardens - from balconies & businesses, schools, apartments, single family homes, and larger estates, including:

    - Soil remediation

    - Moon, edible, rain, native, woodland, drought tolerant landscapes

    - Ongoing garden maintenance (weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly, annually available)

    - One time projects or plant installations

    - Fall clean-ups

    - "U-pick-we-plant" - you choose the plants you love either from our nursery or others in the area, and we install them!

  • Pruning

    Pruning is performed by our team of Master Pruners and Certified Professional Horticulturists (CPH) using a mix of scientific, artistic, and cultural techniques. A sampling of what we do:

    - Scheduled regular (quarterly, bi-annual, annual) maintenance pruning for plant health, longevity, size limitations.

    - Rejuvenation pruning to breathe new life into plants after malpruning, storm injury, overgrowth, or shearing

    - Fine pruning specialty, beloved or legendary tree & shrubs

    - Spur-pruning & training fruit trees and fruiting vines for production

    - Long-term training: Espalier, arborizing, trellising

  • Invasive or Unwanted Plant Removal

    We can help manage or remove unwanted or vigorous naturalizing plants to reveal and renew the soil beneath, add beneficial bacteria and fungi, and/or install native, ornamental, or edible plants. We will manually remove:

    - English ivy

    - Himalayan Blackberry

    - Japanese Knotweed

    - Buttercup and other perennial weeds

    - Anything you want to get gone!

  • Small Gardens

    We love bringing greenery to all urban spaces -container gardening, balconies, window boxes, community garden plots, and courtyards.

    - Plant selection and installation

    - Seasonal container refreshes with annuals, perennials, mini conifers to name a few!

    - Repotting, root pruning, thinning, transplanting, replacement and propagation

    - Soil amending or replacement

    - Bi-annual organic fertilizer application

    - Non-toxic pest control

  • Individual or Group Garden Coaching

    We’re always learning and we love to share what we know to help you with your current or future greenery.

    - Indoor and outdoor plant coaching

    - Edication on Fertilizer types, timing, and application

    - Pest or disease identification and treatment

    - How to germinate, harden off, and/or plant edibles

    *You can also add on this service for a discounted rate of $75/hour in addition to any other service.
